Every pupil is valued and our pupils’ needs are at the heart of our schools. Our discipline, which has clear rules and rewards, relies on common sense, kindness and individual responsibility. We encourage open and effective communication between our schools and our parents and we seek to engage and work with our parents at every available opportunity. At Dovecote Green Primary School we aim to develop the whole child, providing a clear framework for academic, social and moral development that makes Dovecote pupils ready for global citizenship in the 21st century.
....With the exception of Arabic and Islamic Studies, staffs at Dovecote Green Primary School are recruited from the UK and have relevant UK experience. Dovecote Green is committed to the professional development of its staff to ensure that teachers are up to date within their specialist area. The Leadership Team for the school comprises the Headmaster and the Head of Early Years. As the school expands and more year groups open, the Leadership Team will grow correspondingly.
